“I found Tidewater Pro after my initial purchase of my TRANE HVAC. Their techs have extensive knowledge when dealing with TRANE HVACs and have taught me so much about my system. I recently had a 2nd warranty item and Jason was here to diagnosis the problem, work with me on the necessary repair and have me up and going in as little as 3 hours for a full coil replacement. While waiting for the part over the scorching hot July 4th weekend Jason text me to see if my system was still working and was ready to come and add freon to keep us cool until the part arrived. That was above and beyond and is another reason I enjoy doing business with this company. I have recommended them to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so.
