My experience has been positive anytime I have had HVAC service from Weather Makers. Their technicians, Austin and Daniel, are very knowledgeable in their craft. It is evident they take pride in their work and have provided me with excellent customer service. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC service or repair.
Austin did a great job with the HVAC maintenance checkup at our house, and he also installed surge protectors and a whole house air purification system. He is a great worker--really nice and friendly and knowledgeable about all parts of the systems. He has done checkups for us for more than 5 years, and we can't say enough nice things about him! Austin arrived early for my service call and immediately got to work. He listened to my concerns and the problems I was experiencing. He very quickly determined that I had a low freon problem that triggered a system lockout. Together him and his boss worked together to fix my system at an affordable cost to me. Austin was very professional and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and assured me that the steps being taken were in my best interest. I felt very comfortable with his actions and pleased with the results. I would welcome him back anytime.
