I suffered without ac for 2 days and could not find anyone to come out. The woman i spoke to on the phone was very sweet. Not only did Stokley offer an appointment the same morning I called, they were cheaper than everyone else I spoke to. Shawn was very kind and professional and took no time to get our unit running again. Anymore issues I have, I'll be calling Stokley!

I recently had my HVAC system replaced and while these systems are generally quite expensive no matter who you go with; it’s the customer service, warranty and approach that seals the deal for me. After a horrible experience with American Home Shield and their sloppy, unprofessional contractors doing patch jobs on my system which clearly needed replacing, I contacted 4 contractors in my area and for professionalism, quality, customer service, honest approach and even pricing - you can’t get better than Stokley’s. Their team was amazing and even their follow-up after the install - making sure all was to my satisfaction. Also best warranty of all the companies I contacted....read full review
