“Had an emergent repair needed for my home A/C when the main air handler blower motor failed. Catherine (If I messed up her name, please correct me) went out of her way to confirm the correct replacement motor, source a warehouse that had it in stock, have it programmed ( it's a newer style soft-start pulse width modulated motor) and had the new one ready to go in less than an hour. This is now my go-to shop whenever I have issues with any of my appliances!! Wife and children are happy to have cool air in the house in this heat! Thank you to everyone involved. “I contracted Maximum Air to repair my AC unit that had a leak. It was necessaire to replace the coils and outside unit because of its age. I chose them because they had good reviews and a reasonable price. They communicated with me well and were on time. The job was well done. What made them really stand out was as follows. I had a condensate discharge pump that worked but was taped together. After the job was completed, the technician told his boss Mac about the pump. I was called and told that Mac would like to come out and replace the pump at no cost to me. Yes, he installed a new pump at no cost to me. Where else are you going to find that kind of outstanding service?“
