“Wanted to give a thank you to Riverside HVAC Inc for helping me today to get my furnace working properly. Yesterday morning, Sunday, Jan. 28, we woke up to no heat when we turned up the thermostat and only had cool air coming out of the vents. I contacted Riverside HVAC and they had a tech working on my Rheem Gas Pack within 24 hours. The tech discovered a pressure switch located behind the front panel was not working properly. It was causing the gas not to click on. After the faulty pressure switch was replaced with a new one, the unit was tested and hot, hot air came blowing out like nobodies business. My Rheem Gas Pack, which Riverside installed for me back in 2014, still had 8 months left on the 10 year warranty and covered the defective part. I've done a yearly scheduled maintenance check each year to keep the warranty in force. Athough small, the cost for the switch was $210.00, which the warranty covered. I did have to pay for a house call but it was worth every dollar to have our home nice and warm again, ahead of another cold front coming through in a few days. Chelsea, who took my call and worked with getting me on the schedule was great to deal with as always. Chris, the technician who came out is another 5-star worker who has helped me since the beginning. Am 100% percent satisfied with having dealing with Riverside HVAV.“

“If you are looking for knowledgeable, professional and efficient plumbing and HVAC specialists, Duda Plumbing, Heating and Air is definitely the best!! I saw Greg outside my neighbor's house and he gave me his card. I called to schedule an appointment and his lovely wife does his scheduling. She was so friendly and accommodating. I had some scheduling difficulties the day of the appointment but they worked around my delays and still were able to get to me. Greg was so personable, respectful and most of all knowledgeable. He went above and beyond to get our problem fixed. We now have a plumber we can trust and always call when we have issues.“
