Quality Contracting Electrical & HVAC worked on our Norfolk apartment (separating foreign electrical loads from our electrical panel). It was a pretty complicated job . The staff of Quality Contracting is professional and honest. I was especially impressed with the last worker, Stan. He was committed to customer satisfaction and made sure to do the job well and completely.
