This company exceeded expectations. Troubleshooting, isolating, and resolving the issues were seamless. Though they had to come out twice, Tim Carter exhibited exceptional professionalism and educated me on his findings both times. He was able to break everything down to my level of understanding. If you have any HVAC issues, don’t hesitate to call Simmons Heating and Cooling. I had an issue with my heating, scheduled to have a technician come out and look at it, and they sent their tech over earlier than originally scheduled at my discretion.
