Called to get our heating checked and Tabitha (so kind), regardless of their schedule, got me on and I was able to get seen the next day. Tony was the tech to come out and check everything out and he was amazing. Showed me a couple things to look for and the inside of the unit outside. He explained everything and how things worked. I appreciate this company very much!

We recently smelled gas while working in our back yard. We called the emergency number for the Virginia Natural Gas Company who sent someone to assess the issue. We were informed that there was a gas leak coming from our unit outside the house. They shut off our gas and told us we needed to call a heating and air conditioning company asap to repair the unit.We contacted R.A. Styron and they sent their technician, Marvin, to our house within an hour. I can not begin to tell you how impressed I was with Marvin. He quickly diagnosed the problem and our issue was solved. His professionalism and his knowledge was unlike that of anyone I have ever worked with in over 50 years...read full review
