“I had an excellent experience with JF Whitlow after my hot water heater suffered a catastrophic leak. I have a Cinch home warranty, and Lee came out the very next business day to diagnose the issue. While waiting on the replacement, he creatively rerouted my cold water into the hot water line so my showers and household appliances would continue working...above and beyond what I expected.
I’ve been considering upgrading to a tankless system for some time, and Lee took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, including upfront costs and long-term maintenance.
