“I had an excellent experience with JF Whitlow after my hot water heater suffered a catastrophic leak. I have a Cinch home warranty, and Lee came out the very next business day to diagnose the issue. While waiting on the replacement, he creatively rerouted my cold water into the hot water line so my showers and household appliances would continue working...above and beyond what I expected.<br>I’ve been considering upgrading to a tankless system for some time, and Lee took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions, including upfront costs and long-term maintenance. JF Whitlow was very transparent and made sure I clearly understood any out-of-pocket expenses before moving forward, which I really appreciated.<br>During installation of the new water heater, Lee ran into an unexpected challenge with the height of the unit and the existing direct-vent exhaust opening. Instead of taking a shortcut, he hand-built a custom platform to raise the water heater to the proper height so the existing vent could be reused. The result was a superior fit and finish...clean, professional, and it even looks great on the exterior of the house.<br>From communication to craftsmanship, this was a top-notch experience. I highly recommend JF Whitlow and especially Lee for their expertise, honesty, and commitment to doing the job the right way.”
