The response from all personnel—from scheduling to invoicing—was exceptionally kind and efficient. I cannot speak highly enough of Ampmor Electrical & Mechanical technician Phil Romero. He was professional, personable, and extremely knowledgeable. Phil is truly an asset to the firm.
Max was right on time and immediately set about identifying our HVAC problem. Since the unit was frozen up he couldn't repair it himself but he did all the checks and analysis and most importantly arranged for a follow on technician for the next morning, after the unit had thawed out. Great service!!
Travis was prompt, courteous and professional. And great with my dogs. Thoroughly inspected and took care of our system. Gives us peace of mind that we're ready for the next season. We have always trusted Ampmor and their staff . Very satisfied!
