The technician that came to my house, Keith, was very communicative before arriving and was helpful and friendly while he was here performing a free HVAC sustem evaluation through CPS. Good dude, good customer service!

I had never heard of Evenflow Home and Commercial Service until CPS Energy picked them for me to conduct my A/C High Performance Tune Up. Mr. Keith Finch was assigned to conduct my inspection, he called me ahead of time to notify me of his expected arrival time which I appreciated. Keith was very professional and courteous from the moment I met him. I asked many questions and Keith took his time to conduct a thorough assessment. He pointed things out that were installed well, and pointed out other things that were installed poorly; thereby, increasing my energy consumption and showing me a poor installation.
