OUTSTANDING! Shafer Services, Ismael Partida, replaced our water heater and also a faucet spout in our bathroom. He was extremely professional, a gentleman, and super knowledgeable of his craft. His workmanship was impeccable. He left the work site cleaner than he found it (thank you). I highly recommend Ismael for anyone needing plumbing work. We definitely found our plumber! I would like to give a special thanks to Michael Johnson and Shafer services for quickly responding to our AC issue. Michael came out same day and was able to fix our AC issue. Great experience. The tech that came out, Robert Wratz, was very friendly. He communicated very clearly about what the issue was, how much, and what needed to be done to fix it. They were also able to come out the same day I called. I recommend their services if needed.
