My unit died the Friday before New Years. They came out the next day, diagnosed the problem and fixed it the day after New Years. They provided a range of options to either fix or replace the system. They were on time, professional, thorough and clean. Thank you for a great service.

I highly recommend Felix Air Services for anyone who needs a new AC or AC maintenance. Felix Air is everything you will want in an AC company. A good Owner with really good employees. My AC went out on Saturday 9-02-23 right before Labor Day on Monday. Which meant no AC parts or work would be available until Tuesday. I called Felix Air and the Owner immediately responded with a Saturday visit and diagnosis. The problem was a bad heat pump motor, but since my unit was over 20 years old, I elected to get a new system. I had cool air by the end of the day Tuesday. This company does high quality work! The staff is professional, on time and efficient. One system had to be replaced. There was an issue with the a/c drain. Jerry and his team made sure it was completely resolved. Very reasonable price! Mary C
