However, to my pleasant surprise, Stay Cool lived up to their name and reputation. I called them, and remarkably, they were able to send someone out the very same day. Waldy did such a great job. He provided great service to this young homeowner. I feel like I was taken care of immediately and listened to as a customer. I had a minor issue but he was able to resolve it fast and efficiently and went above and beyond to make sure there was no loose ends that would indicate a possible chance for my unit to go down again. 10/10
