“In 2020 our AC finally gave out and we called around for quotes. 1604 was the cheapest and Robert discussed several options for us, all at a reasonable price. To date three years later there have only been a few issues but luckily none in the dead of summer. Clogged drain line was my maintenance issue. Another was an electrical issue where the unit plugged in blew in the attic. And now to recent events which was an AC issue. Unfortunately the blower motor went out and Goodman, out of Houston, could/would not get one here in a reasonable time. The rushed one but it was the wrong one and 1604 was left to feel our anger and frustrations. Long story short Robert has bee awesome for years and I feel bad he had to see/feel our frustrations. However he and Craig came through in the end.Services: HVAC system repair“

Every person we spoke with was polite, attentive and competent from the in-office staff (Pete and the office manager), Jim, who provides the quote and the installers, Bryce and Mike. We had a new HVAC system installed and Jim spent lots of time in our home upfront to answer questions and provide a thorough quote and Bryce and Mike spent all day installing the new units in a not so easy to access attic. They even stopped by the following week when we had a question on the thermostat. Highly recommend Atlas AC Repair.“

“I can't recommend Allstate Air and Heat enough! I found them on the Nextdoor app. After texting Joe he came out that day and took a look at my system. I told him I was interested in getting a new system because my old one was too expensive to fix. Joe was very professional and the quote was was more than fair. He even wanted to get the old one up and running free of charge but I didn't want him wasting his time on it.Joe offers better customer service, a reasonable price and financing if needed. Why would you waste your time and hard earned money with a big box store or large overpriced AC company? Thanks again Joe!“

“I’m quite impressed by the two technicians (Carla last year and Mikayla today) who were sent to service my HVAC unit for regular maintenance. They were both very courteous, knowledgeable, and thorough. Mikayla discovered the outdoor compressor for AC was not working, which could have caused an emergency situation when it’s 105°. Not only did she see a problem just waiting to occur at an in opportune time, but she showed me, and it was obvious. I have peace of mind knowing the faulty capacitor has been replaced. Kudos to GAC owner for hiring young women. Like my daddy always told me growing up, there’s nothing a guy can do that a girl can’t do, but even better!“

They were able to temporarily fix the problem before replacing the system.
