A repairman came out within a couple of hours of my call, quickly diagnosed the Issue with our central AC unit and repaired the AC. Victor was very knowledgeable about the HVAC System. He was very friendly, professional. Pricing was very reasonable. The only reason I gave them a 4 is due to communication. I never received any confirmations about my appointment. It took several calls for me to find out the status of my appointment. Great company to work with, otherwise.“

“Everyone from the sales rep to the technicians were great. I got recommended to them by a good friend of mine, and they lived up to it. My A/C went out on July 2nd so I called them the next day. Christian, the sales rep, arrived and went over everything the same day. He’s a really good guy but he has to have the easiest sales job ever because the benefits of the membership are unbeatable. Never imagined I could get this kind of service from a company period.

The techs, Paul and Andrew, were awesome as well. They came over on July 4th and were done by noon. Super professional, and I hope they get a bonus for doing all they did on a holiday to save my family from this Texas heat. Basically only took 24 hours from first call to driving away after installation. I can’t say enough good things, and I highly recommend everyone take a good look at the membership program. I’ll never have to go through my shitty home warranty for A/C again.

Time will tell if the repair service lives up to their reputation and good first impressions, but I have little doubt they won’t succeed. A+

Additional note: Andrew and Joe were great technicians for the drain leak I was dealing with. Absolutely quick and professional. It was great because there was a bit of a screw up on my booking time because of the international call line vs the direct San Antonio number. They came in unscheduled were put in less than an house with a completely new drain and pump. Great guys and a great service for dealing with the unconventional service. I really appreciate everything they do to fix bad situations.“

The coil arrived in two weeks and the installation was quick and efficient. Tony and his crew replaced a 20 year old AC system for my Parents residence and we were not disappointed! Tony, his Son and Tino were awesome at their job and it reflected on their workmanship! These guys don’t play around when getting the job done correctly the first time! I’ve used Tony’s service previously in 2017 and so did my Parents in 2018! His reputation is totally awesome and he’ll give you an honest opinion on what you should have regarding AC and heating units. We want to deal only with local companies that have a great review and are honest and this definitely one of them! Kudos to Tony and his crew!
Update the new AC unit had a minor leak and Tino and his apprentice arrived at my Parents and corrected the issue. The AC is up and running with no issues. I don’t fault the installation because anything new will always have glitches. What I admire was the prompt response getting this fixed and my Parents and I was not disappointed . This is why I give this company 5 stars! Great job!!!!“

“I requested that the most experienced tech come out to address the recurring problem I had been having with the air handler. That is, that the air filters I replaced when due were wet with moisture and were not lasting. This issue had been addressed previously but no one had a proper solution to correct the problem. The tech immediately identified the problem. It turned out that there was a leak coming from the coil. He took a picture of the coil to show his boss the problem. He inquired as to how old the A/c was. I showed him the invoice which he took a picture of to show his boss. He also informed me that the a/c was under warranty. Needless to say a new coil was ordered and installed the following day. The tech was able to solve the problem and more importantly saved me a lot of money. John Gonzales“
