I am so glad I contacted Cool Texas Air. When I called with a semi emergency (HVAC cooling but not enough), they were able to get to me first thing in the morning. The gentleman who came out was extremely nice, knew exactly what to do, and was expedient. Elizabeth, whom I communicated with over the phone, is extremely nice, knowledgeable, considerate, and truly has gone above and beyond in helping me with a later diagnosed issue (leak). I’ll definitely be coming back if I ever have any other concerns.
Cool Texas Air was very quick to get me scheduled for a last minute tune up for my HVAC system. George was very kind and quick/informative with his work. During the tune up he identified an issue and the Cool TX air team was quick to come up with a solution while being affordable!
