Brenda was beyond helpful when piercing my daughters ears. I called Dependable Plumbing when water began to leak out from underneath the toilet when flushed. Davin and his son came out and quickly assessed the problem and gave me options for repairs. The toilet had been in place for over 40 years so I assumed it would need to be replaced but Davin recommended replacing the wax ring underneath and installing a new fill valve and flapper which made this old toilet work better than new! Saved me several hundred dollars!! Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a contractor and will definitely use them again!

We have been without hot water at the Ridgecrest Apartments for a few months, and you don't know how much you miss something until you lose it. Our boilers went out and were in need of replacing. They finally came in yesterday morning and Plains Plumbing was here all day and stayed til after 10pm to make sure we had hot water! We had our first in home hot showers in months! (We'd been going to the gym for hot showers.)
We wake up this morning and Plains is back to finish up the job! We really appreciate them staying late to ensure the residents were taken care of. Thank you for your hard work and dedication!

The Ingrams didn't hesitate to come right away when we called them on a Sunday afternoon. They were very kind and understanding of our urgency of a gas leak. They worked into the evening and came back the next day and also took care of calling Atmos for us. The work that did was superior and we will definitely call them should we have any more problems.

Our hvac system just stopped working while we were on vacation ( of course). My daughter was home with my sister Inlaw. Three weeks later, multiple visits from Ryan and his team nothing was working. They had truly tried everything! Ryan advocated for us to the supplier and even went as far as to go meet with them in person. Finally we had a solution at a cost much lower than even the work they had into it. They truly went above and beyond. It is safe to say another company would have just said tough and moved on. Not Ryan he fought for us and did everything in his power to actually help us.

Rental vacancy a mess. Called Thursday scheduled for Monday 11am. They arrived finished by 2:15. 2 bedroom 1 bath country kitchen. I'm so amazed with the results!! Spotless, smells like spring. I don't have to do anything!!! Refrigerator oven cabinets perfect!! The toilet was awful, so impressed!!!!! Carpets came out better than I expected!!!! These two ladies are amazing!! I watched the repair unfold from beginning to end, and wow, I was totally blown away. The wall foundation was raised, and get this—it was perfectly level with the floor slab! Plus, the corner trim came up to match, which was a real treat.
The repair involved 9 piers spaced 6 feet apart, and it took about 5 hours.

I originally hired Custom Gardens about 22 years ago to install new gardens in my front yard. Brooke's crew came out and did a fabulous job. Well, the years passed and in 2024 my wife and I decided to hire them to install about 100 feet of flower and shrubbery bedding in our back yard, along with new concrete curbing in the front and back yards. Again, they came out and in one week created a beautiful garden for us. They showed up on time, worked diligently each day, and brought the architect's vision to life, even for a simple project such as this. Of course, last summer was the second hottest on record for Amarillo, and we lost some of the new plants and trees. Everything that died was warranted by Custom Gardens and will be replaced at no charge. The workers cleaned the yard up very well at the end of the installation. Now we have hired them to upgrade a small koi pond we have and plant some flower and shrub gardens around it. We can't wait to see the results. We know we can trust Brooke to provide fair estimates and be true to his word. I would not hesitate to use his company's services in the future.

A few hiccups are going to be normal when you first get sod and a new sprinkler system. What I appreciated alot today is they showed up to fix the hiccups and get our new lawn back on track. The crew and supervisor are always very nice, willing to listen and have your back in helping you keep things beautiful. They never make you feel stupid for asking a question so please ask your questions so you can help them understand the concerns you have. Coming from a pure dirt yard to already established grass has become a game changer in our yard and we are loving it! Thankyou Kings lawn you're awesome.

Best chiropractor I’ve ever been too. He is always able to squeeze me in with my job. As a truck driver it’s hard to make an appointment and we all have back issues. He never preaches at me and just pops me back into shape. EXTREMELY friendly.

He has done wonders for my dog who suffers from happy tail. This poor little guy was chewing sores into his tail. After doing some research and learning this can be caused from wagging the tail too hard, causing the vertebrae to become unaligned and send pain signals down the tail, we took him to Dr. Riemer. He immediately stopped chewing his tail and it completely healed. Now, we can tell when it is bothering him and have Dr. Riemer adjust him. The vet had put him on medications for pain and told us to keep him under restrictions of no running or jumping (talk about ruining a dog's life!). He is now happy, healthy, and medication free!

Great place to go, but the prices are quite high compared to where I came from. They do a good job and are very caring and kind. I will return and I recommend them. Took my dog in to verify diabetes. After diagnosis and treatment our baby is doing much better. She is responding to treatment and functioning much better.
The couple times we’ve been there it has been nothing but amazing. The first was a 911 with our cat and they responded quickly with us dropping in- with care and patience- got him the urgent care he needed and fixed up! Our newest pup has some allergy issues, they got him in pretty quickly on a Saturday. It was his first time there. He is an American bully which most people are uncomfortable with. When we arrived a tech greeted us and treated my pup like best friends. Made him comfortable and settled his nerves. The tech in the room also treated him so kindly. The cheese definitely won my pup over. The Dr, who actually treated our cat too, was amazing! I had so many questions as I’m still learning my pups breed. He was patient , kind, and explained everything to my understanding. During the exam, neither of them were visibly nervous with my pup. My pup was so comfortable he let them hold him during the exam, no anxiety or moving. That alone showed me my pup felt safe with them. They got him fixed up with the right meds, gave me options and suggestions for his care and overall health.
Going to the vet you are always terrified of the bill and I was dreading it. Nope, so affordable and even with the meds, the cost was able to pay upfront. They don’t charge a fee for every little thing they do and they’re transparent about what you are paying for. We paid for the visit and the treatment. No surprises. The tech was so nice enough to walk us out so other dogs and people in the lobby wouldn’t react to my pup and it was successful. I would highly recommend Noah’s and we plan to continue care with all our animals. Thank you for caring for us!!
We know our pup gets so much love and attention at Fetch! She comes home happy and tired in the best way. Everytime we pull up to drop her off, she is so happy and excited and runs up to the doors ready to play! And, when we get her groomed, we know that she is treated gently. So happy with Fetch!

I took both of my Aussies in for bath and grooming..they went up and beyond taking excellent care of my furbabies...I search the internet looking for a groomer that's does Aussie in Amarillo...cause there's none in my home town....so Happy I found them,they have excellent reviews and come highly recommended.....prices are very reasonable and services is a 10+...my to go place from now on for my boys...we need to pass the word and get they more customers ....I give them a 10+ for the quality of work they did on my furbbabies...my boys looks beautiful and are very happy being there with Nancy and Brenda....these ladies treat them as if they were there own furbabies.

Need Us Bark Us gave both my dogs (Bisbee and Finnegan) an amazing grooming experience. I was hesitant to bring my dogs to a groomer because of a hot spot on my Aussie’s tail at the end of last year (probably caused by a change in shampoo or too close of a shave in his private area). Need Us Bark Us was attentive to both of my dogs’ needs, and finished the groom in an acceptable time frame (I wasn’t waiting till 6:00 for them to get done). Their coats were also fully blown out, so I didn’t have tons of hair floating around my house after their groom. I couldn’t recommend Need Us Bark Us more. Great experience! Will definitely have my business for the foreseeable future. ?
