“Fuel pump died on our son's 1-ton GMC dually. Mobil Service and Colton showed up very quickly. Spent 30 minutes diagnosing the issue. Since our son was towing a trailer towing the rig to the shop was problematic but since no other Amarillo towing service stepped up to the plate Colton did. He figured out how to tow the rig to the Dean shop. He got on the search for a new fuel pump immediately the next day and located a unit 2 hours away. Long story short we were back on the road just past 3:00. The pump was physically located between the top of the fuel tank and the truck bed. So they had to drop the fuel tank in order to reach and replace the fuel pump. Colton was AMAZING. Everything he did was focused on successfully getting us back in the road. He provided totally focused customer service. GREAT JOB COLTON!!! YOU DESERVE A RAISE DUDE!!!“
