“The tech was knowledgeable. I guess another hvac company I called out a couple summers ago did some shady work and he had to figure out what was going on. What I did not like is whoever was on the phone with him tell him to basically charge us more cause he was here a little bit longer than expected when we already got a quote up front. But nothing against the technician was a good dude. But I do have an issue with someone saying oh charge them even more cause you were diagnosing an issue.”
