Correction 2/9/24 Tony and his crew came out and corrected/repaired everything the previous installer put in and now our carpet/ home looks great. Thank you for making this right and helping to make the experience to horrible. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our concerns.Original post: Took some time to get the carpet which I understand is standard however our carpet was given to someone else in another state and then once found was delayed in NC for weather for over a week. That has to be the most enjoyable purchase I have ever done. The team at Carpet World from start to finished walked me through the entire process. The contractor that installed my flooring did an outstanding job. I will defiantly recommend Carpet World to everyone.
