I did the TMJ massage with Rachel, and the headache relief you can get from this massage is life changing. She is very knowledgeable in her practice, and does a great job at making sure you are comfortable and relaxed, while also engaged while she works to find and release any tension and/or trigger points. Anyone could benefit from her massages!
I’m a hairdresser so I’m always tense and sore. I’ve looked and looked for someone who can help with all my knots and pain and I finally found her!! I was so relieved to feel the instant relief I found with Rachel. She was kind and helpful and knowledgeable the whole time. I can’t wait to go back in 2 weeks 100% recommend, you won’t be sorry!!
