“Called yesterday for appointment for some plumbing issues. I was able to plan a day ahead to have them come out. Josh the tech was on time, knew what issues to address and started working. He had to leave to pickup the correct parts that needed to be replaced. When he was at part store, he reached out to the office to call me with a price. When I felt like I could get a better price at local hardware store, RotoRooter was fine with me getting my own part. Josh did the replacement and repairs. The shop sent over another tech to check for gas leak. All techs were very polite and let me know what was going on every step of the way.
