Pratt Plumbing - all I can say is WOW! We had a gentleman plumber come to our house, German, who first came to review our whole house water treatment/softener system for an estimate. He gave a testimony of his first-hand experience with his family on the changes they experienced with a similar water treatment system for our areas Amarillo water quality. Then German proceeded to show us his personal experience in pictures of systems he installed. He had patience and understanding what we needed, complimented our system, all of which sold us on having German from Pratt Plumbing do our work. I called three other companies for install of a whole house water softening system. One … a national franchise didn’t have a clue regarding plumbing accessibility and over the top with the cost. Another never provided me with an estimate. The third was again over the top with cost. Pratt plumbing did an outstanding job … was quick to provide a reasonable estimate. Very knowledgeable on install and walking me through the system. Excellent communication, reasonable cost, efficient and the most knowledgeable of the process. I can recommend Pratt Plumbing for all plumbing work! No gimmicks, no club program, just honest and reliable service at reasonable cost.
