I was pleased with the service, but not pleased with the understanding how it would trap me into a yearly agreement. I would advise the office who books the appointments to be more specific on the requirements. For example; make sure the client(s) know they will be in an agreement and not just having service done three times and if they don’t want that the price will increase upon first time service. Or Orkin man does a great job! We are seeing progress. But or Orkin man and ourselves have tried to discuss more thorough treatment in our attic, and Amarillo Orkin management has failed to contact us or return a call after numerous attempts to make a contact.Services: General pest inspection
