Their customer service is on point !! From the lady who answers the phone, to the technicians who came out they were all great. I unfortunately have had to deal with home warranty claims for my plumbing and after using several other plumbers who were either rude about it or impatient I decided to give someone else a try. I'm on a "mom fb page" and searched for plumbers and Dependable plumbing was highly recommended so I gave them a shot. I am extremely glad I did. They were so nice and not overpriced. The tech was courteous and professional. He kept me informed as to what was happening and what the next move would be if something didn't work. I appreciate it all and would use them again.

We are very happy with the work that Davin and his crew did. Did not take longer than he said it would and did not cost more. They cleaned up and left my yard in good shape considering the hole they had to dig. Devin was very polite and courteous. We will use them next time we have a problem.
