I had a mixed experience with Archer electric. The technicians were polite, but the service ended up being more expensive than I expected. Troubleshooting took much longer than it should have, which added to the overall cost and frustration. On top of that, there was an extra convenience fee that didn’t feel very “convenient” from a customer standpoint. Not the worst service, but definitely room for improvement.
