Pet boarding/training in Amarillo

Everytime we pull up to drop her off, she is so happy and excited and runs up to the doors ready to play! And, when we get her groomed, we know that she is treated gently. So happy with Fetch!“

“Heather did an amazing job with my baby Dusty Rose! I did the 2wks board and training for my 9 month old boxer and Heather did amazing with her craziness. Heather also let me come up and do on hands training sessions so that I could learn more. Dusty Rose absolutely loved being there and she even got a new toy and treat!“

“Oh, my goodness, it is always so hard to find a boarding facility I can trust. On a recent stay in Amarillo, we needed to board our standard poodle, and I am so glad I found Le Chateau.

We walked in with our pup to drop him off and could see a minor emergency was taking place with one of the dogs (nobody's fault) and could see the care and concern exhibited by the staff who quickly responded to the situation professionally and appropriately.

During his stay, they texted pictures of my dog playing, with updates on how he was doing (great) whenever I asked. He had been anxious the night before due to a fierce thunderstorm but was very relaxed and happy from his stay at Le Chateau when we picked him up. We were glad to hear the dog with the medical emergency is doing just fine as well.

I also loved the report card they provided at the end of our dog's visit - it helped us to know how he does when playing in a group which is great information for future reference.

The two young women at the front desk were very friendly, courteous, and helpful, and the young man that took our dog back was also very nice - I never saw our dog so willing to let us leave LOL Le Chateau will be our go-to boarding facility when we are in Amarillo - Highly recommend!!“

“I have a terrified 8 year old coonhound who is not a fan of the groomer or other dogs due to some bad history. Central bark goes out of their way to try to schedule us so he doesn't have to run into a bunch of other dogs and take great care of him during grooming. His skin which has some allergy problems is looking better and they do a great job with his nails which are black and near impossible for me to do myself without hurting him. I and my wood floors are so grateful for them!“

“Had a foster dog needing to stay a couple nights. It was last minute yet they got me in. She was well taken care of and you get a text from your dog with photos! Such a nice thing when your hoping they are adjusting. I highly recommend them!“

“Exceptionally helpful and kind staff. I had to leave the country for over a month for a family emergency and they went above and beyond to help me with boarding. My dog is a handful but they do well with him.

“The rooms are beautiful! So much space, lots of fun shelves to climb on and a big window to watch the birds. So nice to have a kitty hotel that doesn't put my cat in a cage or a condo.“
