Charter Equine & Small Animal Hospital

Charter Equine & Small Animal Hospital is a veterinary clinic known for its top-notch service and compassionate care. The veterinarian, Charter, is described as down-to-earth and thorough, taking the time to listen and explain treatments in plain language. The clinic has presented different treatment options and carefully explained the risks and benefits, allowing pet owners to make informed decisions. The staff is praised for their kindness and compassion, particularly during difficult times. Many clients have chosen to switch to Charter as their regular veterinarian after positive experiences.

Clients have shared their experiences at the clinic. One client's cat was experiencing an eye issue, but the doctor reassured them that the cat would be fine once the swelling went down. Another client had a bad experience at a previous vet, but found that Charter and his staff provided excellent care for their pets, with affordable prices and a focus on the pets' health rather than profit. The staff is described as polite and professional, and the doctor is helpful in answering all questions. The only downside mentioned is that the clinic is not a walk-in clinic, which can be troublesome for some clients.
