“I'm not sure if this is the best place for this but I have to give a great review that is long over due to Arnold's carpet service. I had bought my grandmother's house before it was lost for back owed taxes and had spent more than it was worth to get it up to snuff. Long story short I was about broke by time to cover the floors. I called Arnold's carpet service even though I was broke by now just to check and see how much it would be. He was very sympathetic to my story and situation. And said I've got a roll of carpet from an old job if you want it you can have it. And if you can buy the pad and pay my helper I'll come lay it for you tonight. I was blown away by this guy's charity. He and his little helper showed up and acted like I was a high paying customer not a guy getting a gift. I can't promise you the deal I got but I would bet my last dollar you will get the best service possible at the best price he can give. I've stayed in touch with him over the years and have made many mutual friends from this simple act of kindness. Try him out if you ever need someone to do any kind of flooring he loves his job.“

“Correction 2/9/24 Tony and his crew came out and corrected/repaired everything the previous installer put in and now our carpet/ home looks great. Thank you for making this right and helping to make the experience to horrible. He was very knowledgeable and understanding of our concerns.Original post: Took some time to get the carpet which I understand is standard however our carpet was given to someone else in another state and then once found was delayed in NC for weather for over a week. Install was rescheduled multiple times 1 of which was same day originally scheduled and we weren’t informed until the hour it was scheduled after we had moved all furniture out of the house. Then after install the man that installed didn’t clean up after himself and made us do yourselves. We found a seam showing in the hall which was promptly scheduled to correct but when he came back he said it was normal and just vacuum the carpet a different direction and it would go away after 3-4 weeks.“
