Unleashed is a great place where staff are friendly and warming. They offer pet grooming services and are able to calm nervous pets. The owner and staff are incredibly sweet and take the time to explain options and pricing. They made pets look amazing, including a "2 babies" and Zoey after grooming. The staff also care for pets as if they were their own, making it a perfect place for pet owners.
I wouldn't recommend any other place! The environment makes a difference I have been to more than one groomer with two service animals NOT ESA, SERVICE! I could always tell when my dogs aren't comfortable, and they hate going to the groomer. My two dogs have been to unleash twice now and when I get them back they are the happiest I've never picked them up from the groomer with this response. Thank you unleashed for making my animals feel loved and appreciated It makes a big difference in the atmosphere, for the dogs.
I don’t usually write reviews, but this place truly deserves it. After having issues with a previous groomer, I was nervous to try somewhere new. This business completely eased my worries. They genuinely care for our pets, and it shows in every interaction. They listen, they’re patient, and they always make my sweet Winston (Yorkie) look absolutely amazing each time. I recommend them to anyone who wants their pets treated with real love, safety, and quality care. If you want exceptional grooming and people who truly value your fur babies, this is the place to go.
