Rick Lovelady Carpets is a family owned business with over 30+ years of experience. They sell close to any product that can bring life to your home, including carpet, tile, hard wood, backsplash, countertops, and blinds. The help received there is excellent, with very knowledgeable staff willing to take time to make sure you get the product that will work for you. They stand behind their products and services. The response to a flooring issue was FAR above expectations, and they replaced the failed flooring. They have always done their best to make customers happy, with great customer service. They are so much more than just carpet.
Been working on remodeling my house for a couple months. The help I received here was excellent!! Very knowledgeable and willing to take time to make sure you get the product that will work for you. Came in looking for flooring options left with my countertops picked out and ready for them to bid my window treatment.
Rick Lovelady Carpets installed two rooms of Luxury Vinyl Tile in my home three years ago. Over time, it had begun to curl and not lay flat. I visited with Brad Lovelady and he sent an inspector out to examine the flooring. It was decided that the flooring product had failed. Today, I now have have both of those rooms flooring replaced. Let's just say the response was FAR above my expectations. I would highly recommend Rick Lovelady Carpets. They stand behind their products and services.

They are the fastest schedulers in town and their attention to detail by their installers is second to none. Special thanks to installers Eric and Roger for the superb job they did on my personal home... only 12 hours after I picked out the carpet nonetheless!
