“Hole In One Plumbing found two leaks in my sewer line and had to dig a tunnel under my house to access them. There was a LOT of dirt that had to be removed and temporarily stored in my yard. This was particularly difficult for them because they had to move the dirt through a landscaped garden area that had pavers. Although I expected at least some damage to my plants (it simply isn’t reasonable to expect NO damage), not a single plant was damaged. After the repairs were completed and the yard cleaned up, there was not a visible trace that they had even been there. Perfect execution of a clean-up!However, the next day I found a small issue with the compaction of the soil under the house (story for another day on how I discovered this). I called Hole In One and described my concern, but they tried to assure me that what I was questioning was unavoidable, was normal, and wouldn’t be a problem. I asked for an opportunity to show someone what I was concerned with and got no resistance from them at all. A rep came back to my house and when I answered the door, I was surprised to see an entire work crew standing there ready to get to work in case I was right. I showed the crew chief my concern and he agreed with me. The crew got right to work to and fixed the issue in a few short hours. The cleanup, as before, was impeccable. To top it off, this work was done on a cold drizzly day. I offered to let them come back on a nicer day, but the crew chief was nice and said they do this all the time, sometimes in worse weather that that day.Any average person or company can do good work, and we all make the occasional mistake. However, it takes an EXCELLENT company to own that mistake and happily make it right. Thank you to the management and excellent work crews at Hole in One. I hope I never need to call a plumber, but if I do, you’ll be the ones I call first.“
