“The staff is 2nd to none! Everyone from the office staff to the crews in the field were top notch. They are very knowledgeable and showed respect to not only me but also my property. Explained what they saw and recommended remedy’s but didn’t pressure you to make a decision or do something you weren’t comfortable with. The crew even showed attention to detail by replanting a couple of shrubs they had to remove to replace my pipes and even put the stone border back along my landscaping as if they took pictures before they removed them. “Michael's is incredible, honest service.
Yesterday I had AugerPros of Allen come out, try to clear clogged drain lines and came to the conclusion (after running multiple augers through my line) that there was a broken drain line creating the stoppage. Cost for repair would be $8545 to excavate under and repair broken line.
My son reminded me he had used Michael's Master plumbing to replace an old cast iron line on his property and how excellent they were. My son is a home builder here in N. Texas so I took his advice and called Michael's.
I should have starte there first!. Matt came out and walked me throughg everything he was doing, showing me the clog on camera, and then showing me the clean lines once the clog was removed. He worked it at for a while but Matt got the job done!
Matt, thanks foir saving me $8500.

“I had a leak in my kitchen pipes behind the wall and it was leaking out onto my foundation and I had no clue what to do. A friend recommended i give Mike a call, and he was out here the next day. Mike was fast to figure out the issue and get to work and didn't leave a mess behind. He did a stellar job! My home was built in 1971 and has copper pipes and apparently i had a massive hole i was unaware of. It didn't cost me near what I was thinking it would cost me to replace the piping. He also gave me a bunch of information with what to look for since I have an older home, and additional matenance i should be doing to avoid costly repairs. I can not recommend The Plimbing Pros enough! I will absolutely be calling them for future repairs and upgrades.“
