They have replaced my broken sump pump, cleaned out my sewer lines, installed a new gas regulator and they just repaired my leaking main water line going into my house and installed a new brass shut off valve. Their work is always top notch and they always install quality parts at a fair price. While they were here, they even inspected my gas lines and touched them up with a fresh coat of gray paint. Now that is outstanding customer service!“

Bry, the employee, who came to work on my plumbing was very nice, responsive, and friendly. He fixed the issue, and seems like did his best. Cannot speak to the quality of the job because I’m not professional in this area, but the leak from a pipe under the slab in dining room was fixed, and then a new concrete was placed.
Still was not very happy with the “Plumbing report”, that I got from manager, that I need to support my claim with insurance. When dealing with difficult insurance such as in my case, I want the best documentation possible.“

Wife walked through the kitchen later and said "the floor is hot". ??‍♂️ Called and they had Trevor out asap! He found the leak UNDER THE FOUNDATION SLAB and gave me options of how we could proceed.
