“Called ENCO at 7:30 p.m. on a Saturday to see if I could get someone out to look at my leaking tankless water heater. As always, it happened on the weekend, but I wanted to be sure it wasn't going to get worse and cause damage. By 8:30 p.m., Luke was at my house and was very good. The heater was leaking internally, so Luke had to turn the heater and the water off to prevent further damage to the unit. I'll be without hot water for a couple of days, but I'm confident the ENCO and Luke will do what they can to get the heater repaired or replaced as soon as they can. Luke was great!”
