Bobcat did our full kitchen renovation in early 2025. They handled demo, haul away, and then the entire rebuild according to our design specifications. For us, this included removing one partial wall, custom cabinet install, paint, electrical, counters, floors, plumbing, appliance install, and tile backsplash. It was a big undertaking over a few months, but someone was here at work constantly and communication was constant about plans. We highly recommend Bobcat Custom Construction to our neighbors looking to undertake a similar project.

There are lots of great salons - but two things set this apart. 1 ease of booking including online and 2 location and convenience. Haircuts have been great too. It's a comfortable place that doesn't smell like they've been mixing a vat of chemicals - which tells you a lot about cleanliness, safety, and commitment to healthy hair.

I visit soho a couple times a month. They are fabulous. So clean and modern and they ladies are fabulous. Snow does my pedicure and I have been coming to her for over a decade. The care and love for me and her perfect pedicure, always makes me come back to her. Last month I tried builder gel nails. Sandy is a master. The nails stayed skinny and perfect except for growth for over a month. Sandy is the sweetest and she does a fabulous job.

I've been coming to this place foe three years now and the service has ALWAYS been exceptional. When we walk in, you're treated like family. The staff remember you, they make sure you're comfortable, and they always offer you something to drink. From the owners to the staff, my spouse and I come here and no where else.
If you have a problem, they will work to fix it. There have been a few times when my spouse's design was different from what she wanted and they had NO problem fixing it.

Michael's and his team of master plumbers are simply the best. They are my always there for me whenever I have a plumbing problem. They have replaced my broken sump pump, cleaned out my sewer lines, installed a new gas regulator and they just repaired my leaking main water line going into my house and installed a new brass shut off valve. Their work is always top notch and they always install quality parts at a fair price. While they were here, they even inspected my gas lines and touched them up with a fresh coat of gray paint. Now that is outstanding customer service!

I was looking for a local Allen based Plumbing company to perform some plumbing work at my home. Pro-Service Plumbing was based in Allen and was within a mile from my home so I contacted them. I was fortunate to have the Owner be the service person for my work, who is Tommy Ryan. He was punctual and did excellent work. He explained what he saw and what he was planning to do to address the items that needed repaired or replaced. I had three different things to fix. He did have to order a few parts so he had to make a second trip, but the work was superior! I would highly recommend this firm to others in this area who are seeking a plumbing contractor to address their plumbing needs.
I had a leak alert from the City of Allen. I called Allen Plumbing and leak detection. They were nice enough to walk me through certain checks over the phone. With their help I was able to locate the leak and it was a sprinkler head off the main water line. Courteous, knowledgable, and professional. Superior service and I will be using them for any future needs. I highly recommend them!
Spoke with Jenni at Micah's Honest Plumbing and she informed me that they don't service city of Dallas addresses typically. The conversation would normally end there, but she graciously offered advice on how to hire a comparable plumber to avoid price gouging of the large private equity-backed players in the Dallas market. She also pointed me to Locke Supply (they too were excellent and helpful) as a great resource where I was able to purchase a Bradford White water heater directly. I took her advice and was able to get my entire project (a hot water heater replacement) completed for $1,700 by another vendor (I've reviewed them as well), which included the hot water heater, labor, City of Dallas permit, auto-stop/leak detector and a few misc valves and pipe fitting. Thank you Jenni for taking 10 minutes to offer the most helpful advice...above and beyond!

Answered my call right off the bat, quoted me and I said how quick can we get this done (it was Friday night when I called), he said Monday at 2pm, but sooner if I finish early in the one booked before you. DONE! He arrived around 11am. Great service and carpet looks and smells great. Great price too for stairs, 4 bedrooms and a hallway! You won’t be disappointed!!!!

I am extremely satisfied with Greyson and his expertise in removing a double espresso stain from my ivory-colored carpet! The entire process, from booking to completion, was handled brilliantly. Greyson was punctual, gave me a call from outside so I could open the garage for him to access the carpet, cleaned it perfectly, and even sanitized it for me. He then texted me to inform me he was finished! I have nothing but praise for the service provided. Once the restrictions are lifted, I'll definitely be giving Greyson a call to clean the rest of my carpets and upholsteries. I was shopping for carpet that was of good quality and at a reasonable price. I found both at Allen Floors and was delighted to also find a level of customer service that we don’t often see but is very much appreciated. Johnny is personable and as he answered my questions it was obvious that he is very knowledgeable about carpet. He explained the differences in the various carpets available and reviewed the delivery and installation process. I later met David and he also made my shopping experience a great one and allowed me to take samples home before buying to ensure the color matched my tile and paint color. After visiting Allen Floors I knew that I did not need to visit any additional flooring stores because I felt like I would be buying from a company that would deliver what was promised and would be there to resolve any concerns that arose. There were no concerns and Johnny followed up with a phone call to me to ensure everything went smoothly. I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet, wood, laminate, LVP or any flooring needs.
After shopping at multiple different stores, we liked Nadir at Floors Blvd in Allen. He had the best prices, great communication and delivered everything he promised. We had previously installed LVP floors which was not done well. Nadir sent over a team to replace our flooring and they were awesome...quick, efficient and made it easy on my family to stay at home during the installation. Having Floors Blvd install our new LVP's was one of the best decisions we made! We highly recommend!!
David and his crew just finished work at our house and we couldn't be happier. We had been thinking about a consistent flooring look for the first floor of our home and were having challenges in getting what we thought was a fair price for the scope of the work. David and Palace floors was the fourth contractor we talked to and he really worked hard to understand what we wanted, found the flooring we were looking for, and hit our target price. David's flooring crew is top notch. They were very careful in moving furniture and during the removal of the existing tile, hardwood, and carpet. They were on time every day and kept us up to date on the project and what was coming up next. We had chosen a mixed width LVP product that would be used throughout our main floor. It went in without a hitch and I was amazed at their skill in laying down such a complex floor as there pattern had to match coming around from another part of the downstairs. The crew was very polite and kept the work area clean and neat never leaving a mess overnight. They hauled away all of the debris from the old floor and the new product. I don't think I found anything that they missed in cleaning up at the end of the job. David was very involved throughout the job. He was meticulous in measuring the area we wanted remodeled. Anything he wasn't sure of he made sure to get answered before any work began. He would visit the site daily and was easily reached if there were questions for him. He is a very personable man and really worked on understanding what we wanted out of the project so he could meet our expectations. One note, Google shows that he has a store front however he no longer uses that location. He is easily available by phone so the lack of a store front is really a non-issue. I've attached a couple of pictures, one during removal (tile area in the bathroom) and one as the new flooring was going in. I think they show the care and workmanship the Palace Floors team demonstrated from start to finish.

Our concrete tile roof was damaged by hail. Our insurance denied the claim twice and by luck *** was referred to me. Being an insurance adjuster for 22 years he knew the exact words and how to present the project to my insurance and got the complete project approved. That's only the first step, he followed through daily, on the job, and that was impressive as he is the owner. The job wasn't an easy shingle roof, his crew and ******* are highly skilled. If Guardian can doy complicated concrete tile roof, I'm pretty sure he can do your roof also. I recommend *** and Guardian. A++++

SHOCK WAVE THERAPY
I was seeing Dr. Wojnicki for basic back adjustments. I mentioned that I have been having severe pain in my heels from playing several hrs. of pickleball a week. I have already seen a foot specialist and had several steroid shots in my heel without any major improvement. I thought my last option was to have surgery done just so I can get back to my daily activities without having any pain. Dr. Wojnicki suggested that I do a round of shock wave therapy treatments. He said I may see some improvements right away, but it will take a few weeks after finishing all the treatments before I see some major results.
I'm pleased to say that after 4 weeks from my last treatment of shock wave therapy that I do not have any pain and I'm back to playing 4-6 hrs. a week of playing pickleball.

Dr. Anderson has been a huge help to me. Before I started seeing him, I was at the end of my rope and in tremendous pain. I really wasn’t sure what else to do. A family member referred me, and I’m so glad they did. He has a great bedside manner, easy to talk to, explains things clearly, and really listens. Since starting treatment, I’ve felt so much better.
His approach definitely made a real difference in my daily life. I absolutely recommend if you’re looking for a knowledgeable, caring, result driven chiropractor.

Had a procedure to remove a large cyst from my back at Bare Dermatology on Raintree in Allen, Texas today. I am extremely pleased! It was the most pleasant medical procedure of my 62 year old life. Dr. Davis & her assistant, Sherry were a most excellent team. Not only are they totally top shelf skilled they left me feeling like a loved brother. The surgery was painless & I have never seen such a seamless surgical cut stitch up with love. Dr. DiAnne Davis & Sherry performed as one with total competence & care. New to Lucas Veterinary. Very happy to have found Dr. Paa. He communicates well, not pushy and weighs pros and cons talking through treatment. Very reasonably priced service and medication. The receptionist is courteous and helpful. Vet tech is good at gathering information but defers to Dr. Paa instead of trying to offer diagnosis or treatment unlike the previous clinic I went to. I am happy to trust Dr. Paa with all 6 of my fur babies.
I had taken my dogs to get dental cleaning and the lady that was in the surgery office was very nice but I didn’t get her name. Later Nikki called me when to pick up my dog and she was wonderful too because my phone kept dropping the call and she suggested we text and it worked out great. The next day I called the vet to ask about dog food and Kelsey was very helpful on the phone and when I went to pick up some food. Very nice people!! Dr. Shiplov was very good also.
I’ve taken two of my goats up there for rare procedures. Dr. Holbrook was amazing, worked tirelessly and quickly to help my mama goat in distress! Yesterday I brought in one of my baby bucks— Dr.White addressed the problem immediately, and got to work! I am truly blessed to have found Allen animal clinic. Dr. white and Amber were caring and compassionate. I will trust them with all of my furbabies! The staff here are angels in disguise, I’m convinced.

Been using this spot for a few years, but I recently had a newer doctor, Dr. Kit, and she and her team were so kind, thorough, and helpful. We have a shar-pei and have dealt with shar-pei fever for over a decade, but have never been given the option for preventative medication until now. Would recommend Dr. Kit and team.

We came to the clinic without an appointment because my dog was sick. They were so empathetic and friendly. We didn’t have to wait for too long, even they had other two dogs. The place is really clean and the staff is very knowledgeable.
Our dog has been sick and our current vet retired. I really wasn't a fan of other doctors in that office. We live about an hr away. My sister said this place was the best. Boy was she right! Dr Coffman is very very kind, knowledgeable and honest. We ended up having to put our sweet fella down. I called multiple times and changed the date/time multiple times. Kudos to the front desk staff for dealing with my emotions and so kind over the phone because that's where it starts right?! Will definitely be bringing our other pets to this office.
This was our first time here after several recommendations to take our sick cat here. We found out he had kidney failure at the age of one and passed away at their office. The staff was really kind and sweet. I was surprise by how affordable this place was with their new facility.

We love Courtney and her family! My whole family has been taking our dogs here since 2018 and we will never go anywhere else. The staff is so kind and treats our fickle dogs as their own. Cathy has been doing table work and helping me improve my ankle stability and strength through various exercises. I suffered an ankle sprain on Thanksgiving playing Rugby. It’s now been up to 3 months since I have ran. After my first appointment with Cathy, I have now been able to run 3x (up to 2 miles without stopping and 5x2 minute sprints around the track). Highly recommend!

I've been four times now. I've received massages from two therapists. Every time has been amazing. Very polite and professional. The first two times I did pay before the massage, no biggie. There was never any pressure to leave a tip. Of course, the massages were so amazing I was planning on tipping. Walk-ins and appointments have worked well for me. I really appreciate that I get massaged the whole time that I'm paying for. I've been to places that start the clock as soon as you walk in and then stop 5-10 minutes before what should have been an hour. Not here. This place is amazing and I will be back, soon.
