Went to this office for back issues, but they didn't really even examine my back. They didn't document the information I was giving them in the system correctly. The office staff is always rude. Every experience with them is difficult and trying to get anything to them or from them is like pulling teeth.

My favorite doctor retired. (Dr Rodgers). And Thank God, Seth left too! What a horrible PA!! I've been with this practice since 1996. That's a long time. I had my first surgery with Adam's at that time. I swapped over to Rodgers after my initial surgery. I have now come full circle. I've never forgotten why I initially left Adam's as my original doctor. I was left with significant scars after that surgery. The pain management left many bad memories. Time has not faded either of those. He does employ the most incredible PA. I had to use her for an injection. She's gentle and genuine. I have been a patient at TOSS for several years. My husband has a doctor here who has performed cervical spine surgery. We both have had good success with each of our providers. I happen to see two physicians here for different issues. They are very competent and get five stars. My complaint is with the billing department. I received a call to pay a bill 8 days after being seen. No mail, just an alarming phone call. I never pay anything on the phone. I went to the portal, paid the bill and called the number back to let them know. I was told that I owed a completely different amount during that call.
