Very much appreciated the promptness of scheduling an appointment, the communication concerning the time, and the thoroughness with Alan's visit evaluation. I had called for a preventive maintenance check, and the ac was cooling as it should, but had some concerns about the unusual noise coming from the outside ac unit. Alan determined that the capacitor was in need of replacement. After he had done the work the unit was running smoothly. The price was fair. I have an appointment scheduled for a fall maintenance check, and feel confident that this company will again do a very good job .

He checked out everything, explained what was going on and helped me get up to speed on myHVAC system. Showed me how to change out my filter (and where it was). He was so thorough, I've signed up for a twice yearly maintenance! Thanks again for terrific service!
