Jimmy was my service technician. He was punctual and friendly. Jimmy set right to work doing my HVAC service and was very thorough. He quickly discovered the problem and repaired it in a timely manner. It was a genuine pleasure having Jimmy service our HVAC units.
Extremely happy with our service! We had an issue and they were able to get us scheduled for the next morning. Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was doing and fixed our issue quickly! Would absolutely recommend!
Ethan was my tech, he came out, diagnosed the problem, gave me an estimate, went to another town and back to get the part needed, and fixed my AC. He was very nice, and patient with me because the part was expensive, but I am so grateful he was able to fix it! One night in sweltering conditions was more than enough for my family. Thank you for getting us up and running so quickly!
