“My AC units capacitor went out on a Monday holiday afternoon and I was able to reach the call center and schedule for the next day.<br><br>The company texted me my technicians name and picture so that I knew who was coming to service my ac unit.<br><br>Jeff(my technician) showed up early, was very professional and took the time to explained to me the process of trouble shooting and didn't mind that I tagged along to watch the process. He wore plastic booties through the house to protect the floors and was very knowledgable and efficient.<br><br>He located the problem very quickly and had the part with him in his van, making it convenient and easy to change out the capacitor that had gone bad.<br><br>I highly recommend this company, because they did the most important thing that I find a lot of other companies not doing and that is showing up. Not only did they show up, they were early, took the extra time to make sure the problem was fixed, and made sure I was satisfied with the work.<br><br>Thank you Jeff, and thank you Airserve for a great experience.”
