This was during TVA’s rolling brown outs & single digit temps. He took our call December 24th. I’d imagine many contractors would not answer the phone on that particular day, especially if they were already busy with customers. We really appreciated Brannon’s professional discipline to make himself available to a customer, for as long as it would take to resolve the issue.
