Had to get valves replaced for my tankless water heater because one had seized up. Chris arrived in the early morning (I contacted the company in the evening the day before, great turnaround time!) and was courteous and professional. Got the work done quickly and advised me that they had a 1 year warrantee on their work. All in all very satisfied with the experience.
I was fortunate enough to get same day service on my broken ac. Super helpful, super easy, and Jerry is a real pro. Prompt, informative, patient and friendly. I’m grateful for their speedy response and repair of my ac, especially when outside feels like walking on the surface of the sun. They’re definitely the Big Dogs. So from one big dog to another, thanks! I will definitely call the Big Dogs again!
He came when he said he would, charged what he said he would & did what he said he’d do. The price seemed high but what do I know. Mostly labor costs & that just may be the cost of doing business with C & R. They’ve been reliable in the past and I needed the service, so I am pleased that the job is done & I trust, done right.
