“I received exceptional service from A-1 Finchum recently. My downstairs living area was significantly colder than my upstairs rooms. After changing the air filters did not remedy the problem, I called A-1 Finchum the next day as soon as they opened. The lady that and the phone was very professional and empathetic to my situation. She arranged to have someone meet me at my home later that same day. The gentleman that was to arrive at my house, called me in advance to make sure I would be available at the prearranged appointment time. He was on time and very knowledgeable about what had caused my problem. He explained it to me in terms I could understand and fixed the problem quickly. I will definitely used A-1 Finchum again and will recommend this company to anyone that asks for HVAC specialists. The best part of all was that the cost was very reasonable.“
