“Called Northgate about an issue with an air handler. These folks went above and beyond. Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and professional- a rarity these days.

Additionally they scheduled a next day appointment and resolved the issue (which included a major parts replacement) in less than two hours.

When I asked the technician (Brian) about another concern with my system (that I had not spoken with anyone else about) he answered my questions completely and offered a solution. He even had the parts on his truck to upgrade the outside unit and It completely resolved the issue.

Can’t thank him enough! Also I appreciate you being respectful of my gravel driveway (it’s steep) when coming and going.
