“My water heater went out on Thursday. I called Lee Company mid morning. A technician was dispatched to evaluate the problem same day. Had a new water heater installed the next day. Awesome customer service from start to finish.

It’s rare to find people willing to take the time to explain what caused the problem in a way that is clear and concise. I will definitely take your advice and ensure that the water heater is maintained on a routine schedule and yes I will be reaching out to Lee Company to help with the ongoing maintenance.“

“I am a customer signed up with Pols for their semi annual check ups.
This is a great thing because my HVAC system is one of the most significant components of my home and potentially one of the most expensive components to replace.
However, I will tend not pay attention to it unless it breaks. This is not good. It is much better to pay attention to it to get the most out of it. I feel so much better knowing that it is being looked after.

Carson came to do one of these services for me. He is professional, kind, competent and aware of the kind of presence he brings into your home. Doesn’t get much better than that.

“My 25 year old heat pump quit. I called Eco and the races began. Jeremy and Donovan on the installation team had the old system out, which considering its age and corrosion, was quite a feat. The new went right in, but my wiring was all mixed up and they had to call in their expert. Zach showed up quickly and I slept in A/C comfort that night. The new system works much better than the old one, and we’re all happy here. With new technology, hopefully my electric bill will be smaller.“

“I spent 4 days attempting to DIY my hvac. Once I exhausted my patience I reached out to Strada who was able to get someone to my location reasonably fast. “General Air repaired a section of ductwork in my attic that was difficult to access. It required carefully stepping on the roof trusses to avoid damage to the ceiling below. John did a great job completing the repair which eliminated a condensation problem. I've used General Air quite a bit over the years and I always get good results at a fair price.“

“Update: my wife called them and scheduled an appointment. Granted they didn’t call us back on two different occasions, but they were slammed due to the hot weather. Understandable.
They confirmed the unit was working correctly and the duct work was in poor condition. Losing AC into the attic space. Their original installation had NOTHING to do with our problems. They documented the problem with pictures and advised us how to proceed. We will definitely continue to use them.

Be very careful. They installed two units for us a couple of years ago. The upstairs unit had problems keeping up and it was the same tonnage as the previous one. We called multiple times with no call back. Finally had to leave a message asking them if they were ever going to call us back. Finally they did, tech came out and “fixed” it. Fast forward to the next summer. Same exact thing. Unit won’t keep up so we left a message. No call back once again. We’ve given them every opportunity to at MINIMUM call us back besides fix a unit that had issues from the beginning.“

He found a faulty 5 mo old compressor and was genuinely concerned we would be without A/C for the 4th of July wknd with forecast of 100degree temps. He was able to get a complete new heat pump assy brought an hr from Knoxville and have it working by 5:30pm. We are pleasantly surprised a company acted so quickly and we are grateful.
