Be careful they. double billed me and then won't respond to my phone calls.Nice work.Change my rating from 1 stat to 5.Problem was solved very quickly. Would recommend this company to anyone who needs their services. They go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.
Fred Kusterbeck provided the initial assessment of my plumbing problem; leaking shower valve. He assessed the other bathroom, checked my water heater and pressure reducing valve to ensure I had no other issues. When providing the assessment, he stated they would have to cut a whole in the wall of the closet behind the shower. He suggested using an access panel to cover my closet hole - saved me a headache.David and Jacob completed the task the following Monday. Very professional and knowledgeable! Used bootie covers which I always appreciate. Left me house just as it was when they came in.
Fred was very nice and friendly. Seamed to know what he was doing from the start. He tried to get the problem fixed but with no good results. He said that he would have to go back to his office and set up a time to return to complete the job.
