Jordan, my Technician was great and I really appreciate him! It seems like he did a thorough job and answered all my questions with great detail. I’m very grateful for his kindness and furnace maintenance visit.I really like Advanced Heat A/C & Plumbing! They’re way better than the last company we were using! So far they’ve done a very good job and I feel I can trust them a lot more than the last company. The plumbing team here goes above and beyond! The 1966 part of my house has a crawlspace that isn't accessible and serves my kitchen and guest bath. Zachary team pulled together and checked out every possibility to get me a solution and advised of the most cost effective way to go. I will be using them again! They have a great team and set of tools - even a trailer mounted pipe blaster.

Jordan was here to do my winter inspection/maintenance on my 4, H & A units. He was polite & courteous & worked diligently while inside & outside my home. I felt very comfortable having him in my home and moving about freely on all 3 floors doing his job. He finished in a timely manner!
