I want everyone to know how much I appreciate Cantrell heating and air folks!!! I believe I have been a returning customer now going on about 7-8 years. Tim (awesome technician), managed to work me in today to get my home’s heating unit up and running before a nasty cold front. I forgot to mention on a busy scheduled Friday afternoon!!! I will continue on giving them my business!! I highly recommend them!!

I had a cooling issue with my unit. I called on Monday and they apologized for not being able to come until today, Tuesday. Chase was sent to my house and he was very nice, professional, and quick but thorough. The pricing was very affordable. He was also on time and gave me a call ahead of time so I was aware when he would be there. Highly recommend. Thanks, Cantrells and Chase!
We bought our unit from Cantrell's and could not be more pleased. The customer service is above and beyond anything expected. We were out of town and my sister was staying at our house with my mom when the AC went out. A quick phone call was all it took and a repairman came out and got it back up and running. We also have them service our unit annually and the fees are very reasonable. We definitely recommend Cantrell's Heat and Air!
