Finally, someone listened to me. Main floor unit. I’ve been concerned about air quality for some time because the expensive filtration system clearly showed “stuff” that should not be in it. This tech opened a section I’d never seen opened and wow, not good! Finally! No sense in trying to put a bandaid on it, time to replace. The second unit is clean, working properly, so he replaced two parts that were beginning to fail. Hopefully it will keep working for some time to come. Chris and Cory did an amazing job in an emergency situation in a brand new (to us) house. Getting the work done for years to come. Highly recommend!Came back to say that after our initial pump and camera snake was complete, multiple issues were found -so we had some big sewer pipe work done. Christopher Webb and Curtis Patterson informed me every step of the way, and the work can best be described as meticulous!
Austin was great to work with. He answered all of my questions and gave me options. Jeremy confirmed everything Austin told me, including the estimates for each portion of the work.
