“Over the last several months we’ve had to do several upgrades and repairs to our home that we weren’t exactly planning on. All new ductwork under the house, adding some safety measures on our HVAC, upgrading our electrical in several places and a whole new electrical panel just to name a few things. In the beginning when we started the electrical I received several estimates from reputable companies because I needed quality work for a reasonable price and I was raised to shop around! Every other company came back with astronomical prices and many upgrades that were not recommended by Hiller. So I continued my research and spoke with electrical inspectors and even the electric company because one company said I needed to replace everything to the junction point where our electric comes in. I didn’t share any of that with any of the gentlemen that came to give me estimates. Hiller was the only company that gave me an honest estimate and scope of work. While they were here doing that work I mentioned that we were having a horrible time keeping our house cool this summer. One of the gentleman that was under the house took pictures of our problems and showed us exactly what was going on. We didn’t ask him to do this but out of kindness he did it. Not one time did he try to sell us anything but when I asked him to have someone come out to look there was someone here the next day. There were a TON of problems with it and we were having some serious medical issues at the time. EVERYONE that we had contact with (probably 13-14 different people) was kind, knowledgeable, and willing to do anything to help. They were able to patch some things and make our home safe until we were able (because of health and weather) to have all of the repairs done. They asked for nothing upfront like most companies wanted and didn’t charge us anything until all the work was completed and we were completely satisfied. Everyone was here when they said they would be, explained everything, stayed and did quality checks on all their work, cleaned up after themselves and even put my furniture back in the right places when they were done! I could not have asked for a better experience! When I would tell these gentleman how grateful I was they were almost embarrassed. They had wonderful things to say about the company they work for and that told me a lot!!! “We had to replace 6 lbs of Freon over 13 months in one unit. We had 2 different HVAC companies look at our units and just top them off. ( Pioneer and A1 Finchum).

When our unit started having issues in less than 3 months after the last HVAC serviced it, we called Aire Care.

Logan, Bryan, and Austin were awesome.

Logan searched for the issue for 2 hours and found it. Bryan and Austin came out and replaced our refrigerant line at a very reasonable cost and allowed us time to paint the molding to hide the new line before install.

It turned out awesome and now we will look to them for our regular 6 month maintenance.“

They came to our appointment on time, Ronnie had the problem resolved in less than 30 minutes and was very resourceful and thorough in troubleshooting and fixing our A/C issue.
