Absolutely a great company to work with. All aspects of this company from start to completion was perfect. New AC/furnace was installed and we are very satisfied with the quality and performance. Works great.Our AC went out in the hot of summer. Knoxville A/C had us up and running in no time. They came out to look at unit and did a thorough check. Got it back running for us until we replaced with a new unit, as this unit was way over 20 years old. Their rates are very reasonable and fair.
