It was completly clogged by both dry lint and residue soaked with condensate had turned black and created a thick mud-like quality, totally blocking the vent system. Al did a great, thorough job. My dryer is working efficiently. I have the peace of mind that comes with the assurance that my dryer vent -- all 49 feet of it -- is clean. Great job!“
